The Jerusalem Music Centre lies in one of the most picturesque corners of Jerusalem – The Mishkenot Sha’ananim Neighbourhood, under the renowned Yemin Moshe Windmill and Moses Montefiore’s Carriage. At the heart of the building is a state-of-the-art auditorium, used for performances, masterclasses, conferences, seminars, lectures, book launches, symposia, workshops and exhibitions.
Our multi-purpose hall contains a 142 modular seating arrangement which can be arranged to suite your needs, a high definition projector, sound system, speaker podium, professional lighting, two Steinway D Grand pianos and a harpsichord.
In addition, the JMC is home to one of Israel’s best recording studios, where we can record and film your event. The hall contains 5 high-tech robotic cameras (4K). You can also film and stream your event live to the whole world, be it a lecture or a concert, book launch or exhibition launch.
At the JMC there are two conference rooms which are perfect for meetings and workshops of up to 15 people, office services and generous help from our whole staff. Each conference room contains a top quality piano. Each conference room has a quality piano.
The large, open entryway to the JMC is disigned in unique Jerusalem fashion, a perfect and intimate meeting spot for artists, creators, writers and intellectuals, and also serves as a space for exhibitions and film or photo-shoots.
At the entrance to the center is a wide music paved with Jerusalem stone, suitable for hosting festive receptions in the spring and summer months.
The Jerusalem Music Centre is fully accessible to wheelchair users and people with disabilities.
Our prices are very attractive and you’ll be happy to know that all the proceeds from our space rentals go towards scholarships supporting outstanding young musicians from all of Israel, and subsidizing participation in one of the Jerusalem Music Centre’s educational programs.
