The Jerusalem Music Center’s Young Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra returns with two winter concerts under the baton of conductor Yi – An Xu.

140 gifted musicians aged 11-18 from all over the country, all of whom live and breathe classical music, will meet during the Hanukkah holiday for eight days of excellent music-making, and at the end of the holiday, the Young Israeli Philharmonic will perform at the Jerusalem Theater and Heichal Hatarbut in Tel Aviv Tel Aviv.

The concert in Tel Aviv is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the organization “Save a Child’s Heart”, which works to save the lives of children with heart disease from developing countries.

Since the beginning of the war on October 7, the organization has mobilized to care for the families of the kidnapped and the wounded IDF soldiers.
