The Huberman Programme

The Huberman Project, founded by Israeli violist and conductor Zvi Carmeli at the JMC, is an annual course and festival intended to enrich and inspire highly advanced young string players from Israel and abroad.

Named after Bronislaw Huberman, violinist and founder of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the program offers select students an intensive week that combines private lessons, masterclasses, and chamber music coachings alongside orchestral playing (string orchestra).

The course is led by an exceptional team of internationally acclaimed professors from major European and Israeli academies and conservatoires.
